In 1999 two friends from college who knew absolutely nothing about opening a restaurant, did exactly that. For 26 years now, Blue Plate has been figuring out how to be fun, exciting, delicious, and the place everyone wants to be, whether as a guest or part of the squad. So many great people have taught us along the way, from the community and neighborhood, to the hospitality professionals and mind-blowing chefs and kitchen talent that have graced our line.
